4. Email, Telephone, and Text Communications

When you submit your contact information and request information from us, you authorize From Within Arts LLC to respond regarding your inquiry through the contact methods you provided, including email, telephone, or text message.

Where required, promotional or recurring marketing text messages will only be sent with the appropriate consent. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP and may request assistance by replying HELP. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the unsubscribe link when one is provided or by contacting us.

Opting out of marketing messages will not prevent us from sending non-promotional communications reasonably necessary to answer an active inquiry, administer a booking, perform a contract, process a transaction, deliver services, address safety or security issues, or provide legally required notices.

5. Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Technologies

Our website and service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, local storage, and similar technologies.

These technologies may be used to:

  • Make the website function;

  • Remember visitor preferences;

  • Maintain security;

  • Measure website traffic and engagement;

  • Diagnose technical problems;

  • Understand advertisement performance;

  • Measure conversions;

  • Limit or personalize advertising;

  • Improve our website and marketing.

Our website may use Wix technologies and may use advertising or analytics services such as the Meta Pixel or comparable tools. These services may receive information about your browser, device, website activity, advertising interactions, and identifiers.

You may manage cookies through your browser settings and, when available, through our website’s cookie-consent controls. Blocking certain cookies may affect website functionality.

Your browser or device may also provide controls that limit advertising tracking. Because standards and legal requirements concerning browser-based preference signals continue to develop, our response to such signals may depend on the technology available and the law applicable to your request.

6. Meta, Facebook, and Instagram Lead Forms

When you submit a lead form through Meta, Facebook, or Instagram, the information you provide is transmitted to From Within Arts LLC so that we can respond to your inquiry and provide information about our services.

Meta may prefill certain form fields or separately process information according to its own terms and privacy policy. Meta’s privacy practices are independent from ours.

We use information received through Meta lead forms for purposes such as:

  • Responding to your request;

  • Determining the services in which you are interested;

  • Assessing availability and project requirements;

  • Providing estimates or booking information;

  • Measuring lead and advertising performance;

  • Following up concerning the inquiry;

  • Sending promotional communications when we have the appropriate permission.

We will not use Meta lead information for materially unrelated purposes without appropriate notice, authorization, or another lawful basis.

From Within Arts LLC is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. merely because we advertise or operate accounts on Meta platforms.

7. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients when reasonably necessary:

A. Service providers

These may include companies that assist us with:

  • Website hosting and website forms;

  • Customer-relationship management;

  • Email and text communications;

  • Scheduling and booking;

  • Cloud storage and file delivery;

  • Payment processing;

  • Accounting and recordkeeping;

  • Advertising and analytics;

  • Contract management and electronic signatures;

  • Information technology and security;

  • Photography, video, editing, production, and event support.

These providers may process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

B. Production personnel and business partners

Information may be provided to photographers, videographers, editors, assistants, contractors, venues, event planners, or other production personnel when reasonably necessary to plan or perform the requested services.

C. Professional advisers

We may disclose information to attorneys, accountants, insurers, consultants, collection providers, or other professional advisers to obtain advice, protect our rights, or manage business obligations.

D. Legal and safety disclosures

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

  • Comply with a subpoena, court order, law, or legal process;

  • Respond to a lawful government request;

  • Investigate fraud, misuse, infringement, or security incidents;

  • Protect the rights, property, safety, or security of From Within Arts LLC, our clients, website visitors, or others;

  • Enforce a contract or pursue or defend a legal claim.

E. Business transactions

Information may be transferred or disclosed as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

8. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money.

Certain privacy laws may define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly enough to include some uses of advertising cookies, pixels, analytics, or disclosures to advertising platforms—even when no money is exchanged.

Where applicable law gives you the right to opt out of such processing, you may submit a request using the contact information in Section 17. You may also use any cookie or privacy controls made available on our website.

We do not knowingly sell or share for targeted advertising the personal information of individuals under 18 years of age.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to:

  • Respond to inquiries;

  • Provide and document services;

  • Maintain project and delivery records;

  • Fulfill contractual obligations;

  • Satisfy tax, accounting, insurance, and legal requirements;

  • Resolve disputes;

  • Prevent fraud;

  • Enforce agreements and protect legal rights.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, the relationship involved, contractual commitments, legal requirements, and legitimate business needs.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to technical limitations, backup cycles, and legal preservation requirements.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no website, transmission method, storage system, or security measure is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. You should avoid sending highly sensitive information through unsecured email, text messages, social media, or website forms.

If we become aware of a data-security incident, we will take reasonable steps to investigate and respond as required by applicable law.

11. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request that we:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal information;

  • Provide access to certain personal information;

  • Correct inaccurate information;

  • Delete certain information;

  • Provide a portable copy of certain information;

  • Restrict or object to certain processing;

  • Opt you out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing as those terms are legally defined;

  • Withdraw consent when processing is based on consent.

These rights are not absolute. We may retain or continue processing information when permitted or required for contractual, security, recordkeeping, legal, fraud-prevention, or other lawful purposes.

To submit a request, contact us using the information in Section 17. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authorization.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

12. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website, advertisements, emails, or social-media pages may link to third-party websites, applications, payment processors, booking services, or social platforms.

We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, or content practices of independent third parties. You should review the privacy policy of each third-party service you use.

13. Children’s Privacy

Our website and advertising are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through our website or lead forms.

A parent, legal guardian, school, organization, or contracting client may provide information or authorize photography or recording involving a minor as part of a separately arranged service. Such activities may be governed by contracts, releases, school or event policies, and applicable law.

If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information to us without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review and address the matter.

14. Photography and Recording at Events

From Within Arts LLC may provide photography, video, audio, or livestreaming services at public, private, corporate, educational, or ticketed events.

Where appropriate, notice of photography or recording may be provided through event signage, registration terms, tickets, announcements, releases, contracts, or instructions from the event organizer.

Questions or requests concerning an image or recording should identify the applicable event, approximate date, and content involved. Requests will be evaluated in light of applicable contracts, licenses, journalistic or artistic interests, legal obligations, and other relevant rights.

15. International Visitors

From Within Arts LLC is based in the United States. If you provide information from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

Privacy and data-protection laws in those locations may differ from the laws in your country.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services, technologies, business practices, or legal obligations.

The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through other reasonable means when required by law.

Your continued use of our website after an update means the revised policy will apply to information handled after its effective date, to the extent permitted by law.
